I realize this is severely overdue but it was a great time so I want to remember it! Chris and I hosted his mom, sister and her boyfriend at our house over Thanksgiving 2011.

Southern Thanksgiving--my favorite meal! Cornbread dressing, sweet potato casserole and pintos!
Really proud of my cornbread (took 3 tries to make it right. Who knew white corn meal was so difficult to find in LA?)

When I was a child I used to beg my parents to put up the Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving, but they couldn't always be convinced. Now I'm an adult and can do whatever I want! Ha!
