The rest of our first anniversary weekend was spent on Catalina Island. We left on a ferry Sunday morning, passing the Angel's Gate Lighthouse, which welcomes all the incoming ships to the Port of Los Angeles, the City of Angels.
Our hotel roof had a spectacular view of the Avalon Harbor
Catalina Island isn't really known for its food, HOWEVER, they did have a restaurant that had St. Louis Style Ribs (odd, I know) so of course I had to try them
The sunset from Descanso Beach was beautiful
We went horseback riding
And there was even a little filly
Chris did not get sick on the ferry! Yay, that means we can safely take a trip to Antarctica!:)
